It is with a sense of joy and gratitude that I invite you to join in congratulating the Rev Dr Victor Letuka on completing and successfully defending his PhD Thesis at the University of Pretoria. Rev Dr Letuka studied in Practical Theology. The degree and the title will be conferred at a graduation ceremony that will be held in September 2020.
Please rejoice with the Rev Dr Letuka. He is a minister at St Andrew’s Presbyterian, Mthatha Presbytery, Eastern Cape. We invite him to contribute even more in the life and work of the denomination and the church catholic.
