TO ALL IN THE UPCSA
The Uniting Presbyterian Church in Southern Africa, as a constituent member of the Zimbabwe Council of Churches (ZCC) joins hands with all the denominations and ecumenical bodies in Zimbabwe, in the region and in the world in lamenting and condemning the systemic intensification of hardships and a sorry state of collapse in Zimbabwe. We are here sharing a joint statement by the ecumenical bodies that are based in Zimbabwe, including the ZCC, as they appreciate the initiatives by the international communities and ecumenical structures in solidarity with the people of Zimbabwe. We call on all the Presbyterians to pray, without ceasing, for stability and prosperity in Zimbabwe. We should continue to work and pray for peace and justice, and
healing and reconciliation among the people of Zimbabwe.
